Ce travail s'intéresse à l'ancienneté et au niveau hiérarchique des champions. Le niveau hiérarchique des champions est positivement associé aux projets d'innovation coûteux et l'ancienneté des champions est positivement associée aux projets les plus innovants. L'ancienneté des champions explique positivement le succès des innovations alors que le niveau hiérarchique est sans effet
Abstract (EN)
This work studies the seniority and the hierarchical level of product champions. The hierarchical level is positively correlated to the size of investment of the innovation projects and the level of seniority is positively associated to the most innovative projects. The seniority of champions explains positively the innovation success, but the hierarchical level has no impact.
