Abstract (EN)
This article, introduces a Model for Global Knowledge Management within the Enterprise (MGKME). This model supplies a global vision that reconciles the two main approaches underlying KM, a technological approach, and a managerial approach. It can be seen as a pattern useful for the conception and for the implementation of a Knowledge Management System (KMS) that would integrate individual as a component of the system.
