The aim of this article is to identify the role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in Communities of Practice (CoPs) at Eurocontrol Experimental Centre (EEC). Identification of the role of ICTs provides a basis for reflection for studying factors which might influence the way in which knowledge management (KM) projects are conducted within companies, and the choice of technology factor is justified by the desire to situate it in relation to the human and social factor, which are considered essential to the promotion of a knowledge-sharing culture.Subjects / Keywords
