| dc.description.abstractfr | Cet article explore les transformations contemporaines de la grande distribution à partir d’une étude de la trajectoire de l’entreprise Carrefour au cours de la première décennie du xxie siècle. La perspective adoptée est celle de la financiarisation de l’entreprise. Nous montrons comment la restructuration de l’actionnariat a précipité un bouleversement de la stratégie de profit avec des conséquences négatives rapides et marquées sur les opérations, la relation salariale et les rapports avec les autres parties prenantes. L’analyse s’appuie sur des statistiques opérationnelles et financières descriptives et sur des entretiens semi-directifs réalisés auprès de cadres dirigeants et de salariés du groupe. | en |
