Computer education: The problem of policy implementationen
Article accepté pour publication ou publié
Computer education has more than one ambiguous goal and therefore policy implementation in this field is growing very complex. Other factors are: the multiplicity of implementing agents, changes in social and political climate, rapid development of new technologies and the difficulty in substituting informatics for existing courses. A better knowledge of these problems, and the use of findings of in-built evaluation mechanisms can make implementation strategies more effective.en
