Following the latest EDM frameworks that base on a sensemaking perspective, we led an interpretive research through business ethics teaching sessions with professionals. In the light of this approach, we show that ethical judgment implies not only real time ethical judgment about the situation but also further retrospective judgments both about the reference situation and the individual's own previous judgement.Subjects / Keywords
